Warranty

Beacons, LLC is the creator of nite coaster. We want to make sure you are
happy with your purchase. If you come across a problem, send us an e-mail. 
We will promptly replace any defective unit under warranty.

What this warranty covers:

  • Failures in the materials and workmanship
  • The duration of this warranty is for 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Any failed part will be repaired or replaced without charge
    (customers are responsible for return shipping)
  • This warranty gives you specific rights which vary from state to state

What this warranty does not cover:

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse,
    accidents or alterations to the unit
  • Submergence in liquid
  • Battery malfunction

Return the item along with receipt of purchase and original packaging to us
within 90 days via insured parcel post or UPS to:

Your repaired or new unit will be returned to you promptly within
7 business days of receipt.
 

 

 




Helpful Hints

If your nite coaster does not activate properly
– please check the following:

1. Make sure you are in a dark room (to preserve battery-life, nite coaster is designed to only activate in darker environments).

2. Make sure the batteries are inserted with correct polarity.

3. Re-insert batteries and allow up to 45 seconds for nite coaster to activate.

4. Make sure the white lens cover is not covered or obstructed by something.

5. If your nite coaster blinks continuously, it is time to change the batteries.
